Harry finds an app that not only changes him but everything in his life around him.

Ring Ring! A doorbell rang.

“Ah, that must mean it’s here!” exclaimed an excited Harry.

Harry had seen a commercial for a set of camo apparel that’s said to give you a new exciting life with their “altering fabric technology!” The prospect excited him despite the unbelievable claim.

Harry opened the door to his house to find a box entirely covered by a camo-green design. Harry picked up the box and took it to his room. Once arriving at his room, Harry unpacked the box to find a set of camo shirt and pants with a piece of paper on top.

“Please download the camo life app onto your phone to continue instructions. Camolife Inc. is not responsible for life-altering changes or memory erasure and…” Various warnings continued on the paper, but Harry ignored them and went straight to downloading the app.

The app booted up with camo colors as the screen read

“Thank you for installing Camolife. The life-changing app for society. Before we begin please now equip the Camolife branded shirt and pants in your package and then press continue!”

“Just gotta put these on and I’m set? Awesome!” Harry quickly changed into the camo clothes that seemed one size bigger and pressed continue.

The screen changed to something else in quick succession and now a question popped up.

“What would you like to camouflage as?” As a flurry of options that required scrolling. Harry darted his eyes on the screen on the choices until he landed on a particular option.

“Bodybuilder…? Am I gonna get one of those corny ab t-shirts haha.” Harry clicked that option to see how funny he would look in one of those shirts. I mean he can probably “reset” the shirt anyway. The screen then prompted with another question.

“Pick your ethnicity.” Why do I need to choose this? The peculiar thing was that there only was one ethnicity to choose from. “French? Of all the…” there was no other way to advance, so he clicked French and clicked Continue.

“Thank you for your time. Beginning process please stand still…” Harry’s phone started to glow a radiance of colors as a beam of rainbow went directly towards Harry. With Harry’s body beginning to pulsate.

The pulsating started in his groin. It felt pleasurable, and Harry felt that feeling rush all through and around his body, spreading through every vein and artery. At the epicenter, his groin, he felt his dick suddenly become hard, and it grew in size. Once average length, it grew, nearly doubling in size, it felt like. Harry’s once flat chest had almost breast-like protrusions come out of it, except they were all muscle. Covered by luxurious hair, Harry now sported massive pectorals, and a chest that would make anyone water. But the growth didn’t stop there. As his traps grew and pulled the tight t-shirt upwards an inch, Harry’s arms began to grow. It starts in his hair-covered forearms, which grew to be massive and meaty. Then, Harry’s biceps exploded to massive sizes. Harry was astonished. Even covered by a shirt, he could tell that he now had enormous biceps. As all around his body, his muscles grew a bit more, the tingling feeling stopped, leaving Harry to bask in a combined feeling of adoration and astonishment.

“Did the app just.. change me?! What kind of technology is—” rip! Harry got interrupted as he heard rips from his now somewhat tight shirt. The sleeves fell right off, and an opening formed in the middle of the shirt to show Harry’s new pec cleavage, making a perfect workout tank top.

The once pale white features of Harry’s entire body were replaced with more tanned, French ones. More French eyes and nose adorned his figure. Harry’s deathly pale white skin was recolored into a tanned tone. Harry’s mind felt something as his knowledge of English was replaced with his new native language. Harry could still speak English but not without a thick accent. The pulsating stopped with Harry now looking like a big French bodybuilder. The text on Harry’s phone changed.

“Accommodating for new ethnicity, now changing language.”

“Change d’éthnicité est fini. Voulez-vous ouvrir ton caméra?”

(“Ethnicity change complete. Would you like to open your camera?”)

Henry hasn’t been able to process the changes ever since they started but with his now-implanted knowledge of the French language looked at his screen and clicked yes. The camera app on Harry’s phone soon blared up

(“What am I gonna do? I can’t go on living my life like this!”) Harry spoke in his new more manly, foreign voice, but before he could continue being shocked at his new face he looked down onto the ground and saw the shreds of his camo shirt that ripped off during the transformation.

As though to make him happy the shredded pieces of clothing darkened and reformed into a cap with various markings and snuggly fit itself onto Harry’s head as he looked back into his phone’s camera.

“Ça devient plus encore bizarre…”

(“This just keeps getting weirder and weirder…”) Harry sighed. He was gonna have a lot of explaining to do to his family and friends, but the app had one trick up it’s sleeves.

Memories of working out, being in bodybuilding competitions, participating in sponsorships, and most important of all being the legendary Marc Renaud.

“Mémoires créé. Maintenant on change le lieux.”

(“Memory injection complete. Now changing scenery.”) With a swirl and a flash, the scenery changed from a bedroom to the Clangs and clashes of a gym. A dazed out Marc snapped out of the trance from the teleportation and realized he was covered in sweat from what seemed like lifting large weights.

“Mon entraîneur me pousse vraiment à mes limites. Mais ça vaut le coup pour… ça!”

(“My coach really pushes me to my limits. But it’s worth it for… that!”) Marc triumphantly gave a good hard flex of his bicep as he walked off to another workout machine. The person he used to be long gone with that pump.

Before Marc could get to his next workout station, he felt his phone vibrate and checked it only for a single message to appear.

“Le camouflage est fini. Merci pour avoir utilisé Camolife!”

(“Camouflage complete. Thank you for using Camolife!”) Marc looked at the message with an eyebrow raised. He didn’t remember installing this “Camolife” app on his phone and feared it was some sort of malware so Marc promptly deleted the app and put his phone back in his pocket.

“Ma chemise se sent plus petite qu’avant. Ça signifie de la progrès!”
