Notes:

The dom’s collar responds to verbal commands by the dom and will control both the dom’s enhancements and the sub’s enhancements. There is no range limit on the distance between the two collars for the dom’s collar to control the sub’s collar.

The dom can order the sub’s collar to respond to the sub’s commands in as limited or complete way as the dom chooses. For example, the dom can take away all control, or can order the sub’s collar to respond to the sub’s commands in every way except allowing the sub to remove his own collar, or even order the keyhole to seal up so that a verbal order will be required to release the sub even if he holds the key.

As with the rest of the keys, all effects will be canceled upon removal of the collar such that no changes will be permanent. No life threatening commands will be allowed. Any genital alterations that the dom can think of will be executed as long as the changes are not life threatening to either wearer.
