As a Metabods fan from back in the 90s, I was interested about financially supporting BRK through Patreon and how I might actually get a story out of my own head that I have been noodling over for a decade—so in late 2017 I put $60 a month down and reached out to Brian about my first commission.
Brian and I had not communicated before Patreon, and I was slightly shy about this process at the start… What do I ask for, how much do I share about me? Will I like the story? It can be difficult to share with a stranger that you love men hairy men with beards and that reading how they got extra hairy is what turns my crank.
Over the first few emails I gave Brian the basic plot points, the location of the story and some of the types of transformations I was interested in, and a few small details that made the story feel like it was mine. I did not have a middle or end to the plot, no names for the characters, and no title—and I was clear that I wanted Brian to take my idea and run with it.
With each chapter I’d email Brian and offer a few reads and provide a few take it or leave it suggestions, and even those suggestions became fewer over time—I found that I did not want to know what was about to happen. Brian stayed true to my initial ideas and simultaneously placed his own handprints on the men in the story. The process was not only easy, it was enjoyable.
Brian is patient, great at communication, and of course writing… and while we have not spoken in person, I can determine that he clearly placed a lot of himself into Metabods. So here I am, three stories into my support of Metabods, and I would absolutely recommend that anyone who is considering Patreon support to do so.

Direct Story Commission via PayPal/Cash App

The second option is to commission a story directly via the PayPal buttons below (or via the Send Money option from your PayPal account, or via Cash App), with the provisos listed below.

What are your rates? The commission rate is 9 cents (USD) per word, with discounts built into the prices for longer commissions. See the boxes below for the standard packages.

What can I commission? Commission are for erotic stories involving male erotic transformation. My usual themes involve muscle growth, cock growth, multilimb, multicock, multihead, replication, and other things that increase the beauty of the masculine form; this can involve sudden change, gradual change, or no change within the scope of the story (e.g., a world where some people, or all people, happen to be boytaurs).

My stories involve erotic intimacy between men; this can include brothers and father/son. There can be a nonconsenual change, hypnosis, or mind control element, or an “unaware” aspect where changes occur without a person’s knowledge. I’m not looking to do commissions that involve: Brutality and Violence; Rape; Shota and Pedophilia; Beastiality; Fat Gain; Scat and Watersports; Hetero Sex. (Truth is, I’m just not your best choice for those kinds of things.)

Agreement and Refunds. Once you’ve made a commission, we’ll quickly confirm the scope and key elements of your requested story by email and arrive at an agreement. If we can’t agree, I will immediately refund the commission. Once I’ve agreed to begin a story, I will refund the commission only if personal exigencies prevent me from completing the story that I agreed to write.

Word counts vs. chapters. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the word counts given below are for the total length of the story. If you want, this can be for one chapter, or it can be split up into multiple chapters. For example, a 5,000-word commission could be written as one 5,000-word chapter, two ~2,500-word chapters, or three ~1,700-word chapters. We’ll discuss and agree on chapter count and a rough outline prior to writing.

What happens next? Upon agreement, turnaround time is normally 2-4 weeks; if issues arise that will affect the timing of the commission, that will be part of the discussion. The finished product will be sent to you as a pdf, and will be posted on Metabods; I retain ownership and copyright.

Some Notes on Story Length

From my perspective, a 1,000-word story is basically a taste of a situation—one scene that gives you the idea of what things are like in this place, with one event. 2,500 words allows the story to build and have a couple of scenes, or a setup and then an event. A 5,000-word story allows for two or three scenes or one long scene with a progression of events. All of this varies a great deal and a lot depends on the actual situation.

A sample 5,000-word one-part story might be something like the direct-commissioned “Derek and Simon” (and its sequel), where the story builds over several scenes; or “The Blue Paramour”, where there's a single scene but it progresses through several events.
A sample 2,500 word story would be the direct-commissioned “Muscle Crush”. Here you have a couple of scenes that set up the scenario and show a nice progression.
A sample 1,000 word story would be “Hey”, which has one scene but still manages several rapid-fire events, and you get a taste of the characters without staying long. This one happens to be all dialog, which allows for rapid action but obviously no scenario-building narrative, but a thousand-word story can also be about narrative and mood. Part 2 of “Vignette: Mouth” is basically about two people meeting and experiencing a powerful connection.
